Credit card payment (Stripe)
We use "Stripe", a payment system provided by Stripe Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "Stripe").
The terms and conditions of use of Stripe, the timing of debit, and other matters related to Stripe shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by Stripe.
Amounts other than service usage fees
- Customers are responsible for Internet connection fees, telecommunication fees, and bank transfer fees when using bank transfers.
Recommended environment
- The recommended environment is shown for each service.
Service start date
- We will make preparations for use of the service immediately after application for the service. You will be able to use the service as soon as it is ready.
Returns and refunds
- Due to the nature of the service provided, returns and exchanges are not possible. No refunds will be given for cancellations made before the end of the service period.
